CHOOSE one of the Island combinations shown below:

CHOICE (A):

Mykonos(3) Santorini (3) and Crete (3)

All three islands are well known and offer unique characteristics with local flavor not likely to be found anywhere else.

MYKONOS is an island known for its beautiful beaches, jet-set atmosphere,
whitewashed buildings, hundreds of tiny churches, countless windmills, chic shops and cafes. For the adventurous, take an excursion (optional) to nearby Delos, the island birthplace of Apollo and Artemis.

SANTORINI is called the “Pompeii of the Eastern Mediterranean”, the capital village perched on the rim of an ancient volcano and believed by many to be the site of the Lost Continent of Atlantis. This volcanic island is a postcard perfect and idyllic spot for leisurely outdoor life.

CRETE is the ancient home of the Minoan Kingdom, and one of the world's earliest civilizations.  Heraklion, the capital city of Crete, the largest of the Greek islands, is a short drive from the famous Phaistos and the Palace of Knossos, legendary home of the Minotaur.  The land of modern day "Zorba the Greek" and of proud Cretans offers the visitor a sharp variety of landscapes not found anywhere in Greece.

CHOICE (B):

Rhodes (3), Santorini (3),  and Mykonos (3)

For many it is considered the most exciting Greek Island combination.  all islands offer a variety of interest, a unique local culture and the most beautiful beaches.

RHODES, the most popular of the Greed Islands is the Island of Roses, home of the Sun god Apollo and one of the "Ancient Wonders of the World," the Colossus of Rhodes.  The medieval castle of the Knights of St. John is still intact.  Within its walls is an entire city with many beautiful shops and outdoor restaurants.  Not far from the capital city of Rhodes is Lindos, dominated by a majestic fort with the Temple of Athena.

Day 13/Tue/Thu Island/Athens/USA
