Day 1/Fri Depart USA

Overnight jet flight to Athens, Greece.

Day 2/Sat Arrive Athens

Arrive at Athens airport, where you’ll be met by Tourlite representatives and escorted to your hotel.

Day 3/Sun Athens

Half-day morning city tour includes highlights of Athens and an extended
visit to the Acropolis, site of the famed Parthenon and the Acropolis Museum.

Day 4/Mon Cruise/Mykonos

Morning transfer to the port of Piraeus.  Cruise to the island of Mykonos with its jet-set atmosphere, whitewashed buildings, sidewalk cafes and chic shops.

Day 5/Tue Kusadasi/Patmos

Arrive in Kusadasi, Turkey, site of one of the “Seven Wonders of the Ancient World,” Ephessos. Continue to the island of Patmos and the Monastery of St. John the Divine.

Day 6/Wed Rhodes

Full day on the Island of Roses, famed for its historic Old Town and great shopping.  Visit the Temple of Athena on the Acropolis of Lindos (optional).

Day 7/Thu Heraklion/Santorini

Morning arrival at Heraklion, Crete, site of the Palace of Knossos, legendary home of the Minotaur. Afternoon sail to Santorini, believed by many to be the site of the Lost Continent of Atlantis.

Day 8/Fri Athens

Morning arrival into the port of Piraeus.  Disembark after breakfast and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure in Athens.

Day 9/Sat Athens/Cairo

Today, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo, where you’ll be met by Tourlite representatives and escorted to your hotel.

Day 10/Sun Cairo

Full-day to visit the world-famous Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, the Citadel of Saladin, the Mohammed Ali Mosque and a stop for shopping at the Bazaar. Afternoon visit the Pyramids area and the Sphinx.

Day 11/Mon Cairo/Aswan

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, transfer to your Nilecruise ship. (OR take an optional tour to Abu-Simbel to explore the enormous temples of Ramses II and his Queen, Nefertari.)  After lunch, sail on a “felucca” to view the Nile Islands. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 12/Tue Aswan/KomOmbo/Edfu

Morning visit to the High Dam and the Philae Temple. Afternoon sail to Kom
Ombo. After lunch, visit Kom Ombo Temple with its unique twin Greco-Roman temples. Continue sailing to Edfu and overnight.

Day 13/Wed Edfu/Esna/Luxor

This morning a horse-drawn carriage will take you to the Temple of Horus, the best preserved of the Egyptian temples. Sail from Esna to Luxor. Afternoon at leisure to explore this fascinating city. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 14/Thu Luxor

Tour of Luxor includes a morning visit to the Valley of the Kings, the twin statues of the Colossi of Memnon and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Luxor.

Day15/Fri Cruise/Luxor/Cairo

Disembarkation after breakfast and visit the Temples of Luxor and Karnak on the East bank. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 16/Sat Cairo/USA

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the USA or to another optional exciting
destination.

Single Supplement Greek Island Cruise

3. “LAND ONLY RATES” - Without International Airfare (NYC/ATH, ATH/CAI, CAI/NYC) deduct: a) March $740, b) April, May & September 08 -
October $960, c) June 01 - Sept. 07 $1250. (No transfers provided on arrival and departure).
4. Regardless of the hotel category you choose, Greek Island cruise accommodations are based on two persons sharing an inside cabin with two
lower beds or one double bed, private toilet and shower. Higher cabin categories available at an additional cost.
5. High Season Supplement on Greek Island cruise as follows: Tour departures Sept. 01 - Oct. 20 Add p/p double $80.
6. Nile cruise accommodations are based on two persons sharing an outside cabin with two lower beds, private toilet.  Cruise alternates Aswan/Luxor and Luxor/Aswan.

9. Any deviation will entail additional charges.
10. A visa is required to enter Egypt. Visas, for US citizens, can be arranged to be provided upon arrival in Cairo for $25 per person.
